Hello, I’m Braxton, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as an Associate Advisor here at CapSouth. I joined CapSouth in June 2025, drawn by a deep passion for financial planning and the chance to walk alongside clients as they make decisions that shape both their present and future.

My interest in planning and investing goes back to childhood, when my parents instilled in me the value of good financial habits. That early foundation came to life during my first semester at the University of Arizona, where a personal finance course revealed that my passion for numbers could also be a way to serve others. I later graduated with a degree in Personal and Family Financial Planning, which gave me both the technical foundation and the perspective I now bring to my work with clients. What I find most rewarding about working with clients is guiding them through decisions that matter and helping them feel empowered and secure about what their future could hold. It’s not just about numbers; it is about making sure their finances reflect what they value most!

I am originally from Spokane, Washington, and now call Dothan, Alabama home. Outside of the office, I live for outdoor adventure, whether that means camping under the stars, backpacking rugged trails, skiing powder days, or even hiking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro! I believe life is richest when we balance preparation for the future with enjoyment of the present, and that same belief guides the way I work with clients.
